Furnishings for a Master Bedroom, Living Room, and Dining Room.
A single and new empty-nester wanted to downsize to a place that was uniquely her own. She turned to us to help fill out her new nest’s living room in a feminine mid-century style. Her needs were simple: a room that functioned well for full relaxation, plus gave her piano its own devoted space.
The remodeling phase was short and sweet – we built a pony wall to anchor the piano to the living room-area. Then, we sourced furnishings and décor from our client’s own collections. There was a lot to work with since she was downsizing, but we sourced a vintage Milo Baughman brass coffee table, selected and installed a new Milo Baughman sectional sofa and bought an amazing abstract artwork by a local artist, Elisa Gomez, to hang above it. We also designed a custom media cabinet, a custom bed, and custom nightstands then worked with local craftspeople to fabricate them.
This new nest turned into a beautiful home and we were happy to have our work published by Houzz, an online community connecting homeowners and home professionals with tools, resources and vendors for their projects.
